Pictogram change for conversion elements

In the past, conversion elements were described by 3 different pictograms:
- square (electrical - electrical conversion)
- circle (electrical - mechanical conversion)
- triangle (mechanical - mechanical conversion)

Because of extension to various multi-physical systems, conversion elements are now described by only 2 pictograms:
- square (mono-physical conversion),
- circle (multi-physical conversion).

Of course, this change is also applied to couplings elements;
- overlapped square (mono-physical distribution of energy),
- overlapped circle (multi-physical distribution of energy).

Thus, in previous papers and works, triangles should be replaced by square.
